Alteration name: Skull Arm
Alteration Trigger: Tensing the right arm.
Type: Elemental Cannon manipulation
Alteration Apperance:
Alteration Power: From his left arm extra bones grow and form an odd skull figure which allows him to fire various blasts of energy with properties relating to the weather. The normal blast on it's own has the ability to slowly disintagrate whatever it hits and is called a Storm Shell
Techniques:
Rain - Coats the normal shot in a layer of rain that softens whatever in comes in contact with making it easier for the blast to get past defences. (Duration 1/2 post, Cooldown 1/2 post.)
Sun - Coats the normal shot with bright sunlight that forces the blast to seperate and appear as multiple shots that move erratically and without pattern. (Duration 1/2 post, Cooldown 1/2 post.)
Cloud - Coats the normal shot with a layer of a cloud making the show expand into a sort of tree like pattern branching off in multiple directions. (Duration 1/2 post, Cooldown 1/2 post.)
Lightning - Coats the normal shot with a layer of lightning making it very solid and causing the damage to be more blunt. (Duration 1/2 post, Cooldown 1/2 post.)
